Won’t do parking mode after ignition is cycled

I have a red tiger F9 and if I plug Batt yellow into 12v constant and red ACC into switched 12v it will start recording right away with car off and will continue to record for hours. That is until I cycle ignition on and off, whenever I cycle the ignition on for the first time, like take the car for a drive and come back, the camera will shut off and not go back into park mode, if you pull fuse for 12v constant and plug back in you can repeat this process over and over, I have checked that it’s still getting 12v with my meter and it is, and the camera is showing it has power, just won’t go back to park mode after , any ideas
