working with video files

Notice more and more questions popping up about working with different video files, how to edit, what software to use etc, as the site grows I'd guess this is going to come up more often, maybe will need to think about a section dedicated to this at some time???

I have added a sub-forum on "Managing Videos". I will probably make a page on this some day as well but I need to do much more research.
