It depends. The cam can operate in recording mode for 50-60 minutes on it's own battery. But the single recording of a parking incident takes only 1 minute. If there is no incident the cam can wait for it (in parking surveillance mode) with active accelerometer sensor only and minimum power consumption for several days. Maybe even 10 days if someone actually cares to check it.

If I'd like to record a parking session of roughly 6 hrs every night, can I just connect the cam to a power bank, and charge the power bank every night before the new recording session of the next night?
