Hi Guys,

I recently bought the Z60 Pro after having the A810 for a year (car was stolen).

I would like to have the opinion of the experts here. The Z60 Pro cost around £160 for Front+Rear+internal + 2 memory card + 4g connection + 1 OBD connector (which was sent to me as I couldn`t connect it properly)

The A810 would cost £125 for Front + Rear + 4g connection - I have realised that I do not really need the 4g connection - it`s just a nice to have.

Checking the videos here - Nighttime
and here Daytime

It seems to me that the 70mai edges it in terms of clarity? Which one would you experts think is better of the 2?
Thank you

The Image looks sharper on the A810
The image looks stretched on the z60 pro

That model of 70mai dashcam uses a battery.
The 60z website says it uses supercapacitors

Right now 70mai are churning their products eg bringing out newer versions.
Keep an eye out.

The Z60 Pro on paper offers better value so I would initially stick with that, and it having additional cameras.

However if you are strictly on a right budget, I would still be ok with the A810 even if it does not have a supercap. It has been around for a couple of years now and it's firmware is fairly mature and integration with the 4G hardwire kit is pretty good.

Does 4G remote view have time limitation? On z60pro 4g lte, the app cut off the view every 15 seconds, and it needs call enabled sim card. Is 70mai 4g works on data-only sim card?

From memory it has certain number of minutes per month for the 70mai, and maybe 15 uploaded videos etc. I've found it far from being an issue though. And it does work on data only SIM card, that's what I'm using it as, at the moment.

Thank you for replying. What I mean is not the uploaded videos, but in remote live view, does app automatically disconnect the live view every seconds and forced cut off every 5 minutes. DDAPI’s customer service stated that it is designed to save cellular data but I already have unlimited data, and they said no option to disable automatic disconnecting live view which is annoying.

Sorry, not sure, someone did post it here what 70mai policy was. It was a set number of minutes that you can livestream per month though I believe. I think it's not designed to be a livestream device, but for a quick check
