CPL Lens Filter for Panorama II

Good afternoon. After the test assembly with a CPL filter can confidently prove that the video quality in the daytime is much better than without the filter. And at night better without CPL filter.

How acts a polarizing filter.

Polarizing filters have two types: the circular polarization and linear.
If the light is present in the form of electromagnetic waves, the polarization determines the direction of the transverse oscillations.
Task of the filter - skip one direction and block others.
Linear filters pass only light polarized in one plane.
Circular polarizing filter of any circular polarization does.
This filter fits all.

I use this:

I tried using a linear polarizing filter last week, out of sheer pedanticness. the results were disappointing. with no noticable difference to no filter at all.
BUT having said that, it was a stand alone test. without identical runs with no filter/s & no CPL filter run, in the same weather.

Foto with adapter ring sizes under CPL filter PANORAMA. Dimensions (+ ... -) customize on the spot. CPL filter recommend to put in wire-rimmed type Supper Slim. I wish you luck.

NB a 49mm filter requires precise fitting, to avoid vignetting. I installed a 52mm filter earlier today, to avoid that problem.

52mm filter will be just right. Under it need other sizes. You can make an adapter ring that fits under the CPL filter to PANORAMA-S

I used a 37 - 52 step up ring. And ground off the thread on the 37mm portion for a good fit.
