No GPS on DR750X-2CH Plus

I've installed a hardwired DR750X-2CH Plus and all is working as expected, except for the fact that I have no GPS data being recorded. The blue LED comes on when the unit powers up, but goes out again shortly afterwards. My car and phone have no problem picking up a GPS signal, so I'm wondering if the Blackvue's GPS has been disabled in some way.

Anybody got any ideas?
