BlackVue Elite 8

The BlackVue Elite 8 is a premium 2-channel dash cam with great cloud and parking protection features. Video quality is good from both the front and rear 2K cameras. Includes HDR for both channels, low-power parking mode, and support for up to three Wi-Fi hotspot connections.

However, the Elite 8 is expensive for a camera without 4K recording, especially when competitors offer better video for less. Overall, it is best for buyers who value BlackVue’s Cloud features more than video quality.

BlackVue Elite 8 – Unboxed & Review

I decided to try out the new BlackVue Elite 8 to see how BlackVue have progressed since the prior DR970X Plus model (aside from the mid-model update of the DR970X Plus 2). It's an upgrade from 1080p/1080p to 2K/2K from DR770X Plus, but not up to the 4K of the DR970X Plus, but I am still curious to check it out, as I can't get away from the convenience of BlackVue's remote view/Cloud Access and…
