Evening all
First post, so please be gentle with me!
I have been a long term user of Blackvue dash cams - the quality and form factor always worked for me. I changed my car and moved the Blackvue and it just didn’t seem to want to work properly - wouldn’t pick up a GPS signal amongst other things. So I grabbed a Nextbase camera as I needed something in a hurry, but the GPS wouldn’t pick up on that either.
I’ve subsequently established that my car (2007 Audi Q7) has heat reflective glass so won’t allow a GPS signal through.
I want to move back to a Blackvue (or similar form factor) but need the GPS to work - any idea how I can overcome the problem of a blocked signal?
Thanks in advance
