Thinkware DashCamViewer Mac - unable to view recordings on the app

Hi there,

I have a Q800 pro 2 channel wired in my BMW.

I'm trying to view my recordings via my MacBook Pro 16" Catalina via the SD in the supplied USB stick. The Thinkware Dashcam viewer reads the SD card with no issues _but_ I cannot play the videos on the app.

If I do double click a video, it saves the video on my Mac's drive.

I've installed VLC.. any ideas?

I only use Windows PC's i'm afraid and don't even have access to a MAC. However i have forwarded your message to a Thinkware UK guy who does use MAC. I will let you know what he says but it will be next week now.....

I've emailed to both the USA & UK support.. nothing.. will give them a call on Monday.

Did you install the MAC Viewer from your memory card or did you download it from the Thinkware Website?

It was downloaded onto my MacBook Pro directly from
