I'm pretty sure I used both pc format and SD Formatter and still had the problem until I changed the Record Storage Setting. YMMV...

I bought a DR400G-HD Season II from them, but through Amazon. I think you are reading that wrong, those are an option if want more than the ones that come in the box. I have purchased 4 different Blackvues to date and all of them came with one "cigar plug" and one "holder" in the box.

I returned the original DRA500GW about a week after I got it because I suspected that the wifi was defective. I was right! The WIFI function on the new one I received today works noticeably better in terms of range and streaming both Live view and recorded clips. Now I'm a happy camper...
