    Greetings:

    I currently have four SG9665GCs in my VW Golf vehicles and I would like to upgrade my '16 VW Golf Sportwagen to the dual channel SG9663DCPRO+. Is it possible to use the GPS unit and power cord from my existing SG9665GC or does the SG9663DCPRO+ have different wiring requirements?

    Are there any current promotions or discount codes available?

    Can your techs recommend a switched fuse for a 2018 Santa Fe Ultimate? I've currently have it hooked into the fuse for the window washer which is switched. However, when I park the car in my driveway, I manually turn it off as I don't need the parking monitoring. When I turn the car on, the unit (SG9663DCPRO) doesn't turn on automatically. I have to press and hold the power switch to get it to operate.

    Any Plans on Releasing a new product this year ??

    I am debating on Going with either your SG9663DCPRO 2020 Dual or the VIOFO A129 Pro Duo 4K Dual.

    Do you all plan on releasing anything 4k soon ?

    Both are very similar in price, but on is 4k video.

    we have multiple new products coming out this year, they've been delayed due to the current Coronavirus situation though unfortunately

    4k model is in development, the hardware is newer than what's currently in the market, the current 4k solution all have heat issues

    Yes Vico-Power PLUS hard wire kits can power any dashcam out there actually. I wouldn't let your dashcam record 24/7 thought it's too punishing on the hardware, car battery, and memory card. Flip the Vico switch to record as needed and or use the timer function.

    Hi. I would like to know the main difference between 9665 v2, and 9665 v1. Also if I choose between 9665 v 2 and SGZC12SG V2 Pro Series which one would you recommend? I am truck driver. It will always be ON and and on the windshield. Thank you.

    SG9665GC V1 is no longer available. V2 is a combination of hardware/firmware stability improvements. (enough to call it V2 and required a new firmware) Truck drivers are the most happy with SGZC12SG. (that's the most common model Truck drivers buy)

    I found/bought the street guarding SGZC12SS Pro Series on amazon for $99.00 I added the flash card and 2yr warranty.
    I have high hopes for this cam and look forward to using/playing with it.

    Hello,
    You mentioned that in production dual channel camera. I'm going to install rear parking camera on my car that requires disassembling half of the car and put everything to cable's canal, meanwhile I could put a cable for future release unit with 2 camera source. What kind on cable should I put in the car for your future product? Will it be OK if I put micro USB father to micro USB father cable?

    Hi new dual channel Street Guardian product is still a few months away. It will most likely be standard mini or micro USB connectors but the actual wiring and pin-out will be a proprietary cable configuration so best to wait for the official one and not jump the gun early possibly getting it wrong.
