What CPL filter to get?

What CPL filter should I buy for my Yi Car Dvr?I'm torn between Hoya and Rise(UK) brand I found on Aliexpress.Hoya is more expensive than Rise and with Rise I get a little box for the lens and cleaning cloth.What matters to me is only the quality of lens not some of accessories with it.

I bought Hoya CPL filter but it doesnt fit to my Yi I am not sure what exactly doesnt fit,step up ring or filter?

Hi all,

Any recommendation for CPL and from where to order it?

I bought CPL filter Hoya like you and the 37-49mm step up ring but it doesnt fit,when i put step up ring it goes lower than yours on this video and I cant atach a CPL filter on it???
