Wireless transmission in fleet vehicals

Hello,

I'm looking to install Dash Cameras in my fleet vehicles for my transportation company. I want to know what my drivers are up to at all times. I've looked around and found that most dash camera are microchip based. This really doesn't help my situation.

What is the best product to buy in regards to wireless transmission camera? I want to eliminate the use of an SD card? Is this possible?
