Hi all, new member here posting because my Nextbase support chat has suddenly gone very quiet. I have a Nextbase 320XR that seems to be recording permanently. I had to set a recurring reminder to format my SD card every two weeks otherwise the camera would not power on and would loop the start...

Took my 320XR from my car to charge at home, plugged it in and the blue light appears as normal for about 3 h before turning off. Pressing the power button does nothing, nor does pressing the reset button. The same is true without the SD card inserted. Changed power outlets, cables and adaptor...
