320XR dead/won't turn on

Took my 320XR from my car to charge at home, plugged it in and the blue light appears as normal for about 3 h before turning off. Pressing the power button does nothing, nor does pressing the reset button. The same is true without the SD card inserted. Changed power outlets, cables and adaptor one at a time and the same thing happens (no change in behaviour). Removing and inserting the USB power cable illuminates the blue LED light SOMETIMES, but other times it does not at all.

Please help! Bought the camera refurbished from BestBuy Canada and was working solid in the car for about 7.5 weeks before this.
