ddpai m6+ not waking up from parking mode

My DDPai M6+ is not waking up from parking mode unless I remove power and put power back to it. When in parking mode the system shows single red light indicating power is not an issue. I have tried tapping in to activate the G sensor and this failed. I have tried different cables and memory...
