Hi everyone,

Our User Experience Research Team is conducting a research study to better understand how people use (or are considering) 4G/LTE and cloud-connected dash cams in real life.

πŸ‘₯ Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for people who currently use, have recently used, or are seriously considering a dash cam with features such as:
  • LTE/4G connectivity & Cloud backup
  • Live view & Remote access
  • Parking alerts & GPS tracking
  • App-based access, or other connected features
πŸ’‘ Note: We're interested in hearing from users across all dash cam brands. Every user insight is extremely valuable to us.

🎁 Incentives & Rewards
The survey will take about 3–5 minutes to complete. To thank you for your time, we offer the following rewards:
  1. $5 Cash Incentive: Available for participants who submit a qualified survey and provide a verifiable App screenshot. (The screenshot must show the device/model name, but you can blur or cross out any personal privacy information).
  2. New Product + $50 Cash Incentive: Based on survey responses, some participants will be invited to join a follow-up 30–45 minute online interview. Selected participants who complete the interview will receive a new 4G dash cam product to experience and keep, plus a $50 cash reward.
πŸ”’ Strict Privacy Guarantee
This is a research-only study.
  • We will NOT ask you to buy anything or switch brands.
  • We will NOT ask you to share sensitive personal information such as your license plate, home address, or exact vehicle location. For the App screenshot required for the $5 reward, you are fully welcome to mask your private data.
