Is it just me but those guys that was supposed to put out the truck on fire, it seem like they a little bit slow in getting going.
 
No, it's not just you. It's painful to watch, even with the sped up video.

Did you notice how close that car was to the Penske truck, in those conditions? If the box happened to be projected backwards on impact, they wouldn't stand a chance.
Also at 1:10 the Fire Dept. should've known better. o_O
