Just received my Panorama S which has FW 1.12.06. Can someone tell me what the Mbps is, can it be adjusted and if so, can you tell me the procedure for doing so? Thanks for your suggestions.

The question is what is the bit rate for default FW on Panorama S.

Can it be determined somehow from video file?
 
In Windows, you can right click on the .MP4 file, select properties.

Not sure how to do it on MAC but looks like there are several options:

Actually there is an add-on called MediaInfo and it's available for both Mac and PC

I don't understand why, when I do this, it doesn't show me the Video properties, but it does show the Audio properties.
I am running Windows 7 Pro.

I just tried it on my Windows 7 laptop running Windows Home, and the Video properties are shown.
What's up with that?
