2017 Buick Enclave; How to wire? (all fuses have power w/ no key)

I know this is an older thread, but I found an accessory controlled wire on a harness near the glove box fuses. Just below is a cable harness, the pink wire provides accessory power. I used a tap plug to provide connection to the yellow wire.
