In sunny days i'm seeing this coloration in the sky wich i don't like, since in real life is not there.
That is what happens when one of the red,green,blue channels becomes over exposed while the others are OK.

Set a bit of -EV and it will be OK.
 
I think that overexposure should look white, not blue. 😵
White is when all 3 channels are overexposed but it is normal for the red to become overexposed first. I think the coloured over exposure is more common when using low contrast since full brightness is then not full white.

Try it with a little less EV and you will get the correct colour.

Also remember that the overexposed area will actually be brighter than the sky near the top and corners of the frame, with a wide angle lens you should not expect constant brightness across the frame.
