There is no full list for that, but we can add more in future, this is the first time we release this feature, but have great potential for adding more features via configuration file.
Personally I haven't done much testing for AWB and custom value, I will check if there is something connection between them.

2. What combination of values in custom WB gives the look of AWB color?

The auto white balance (AWB) values change depending on the lighting conditions so there is no combination for custom that matches AWB. Outside on a sunny day surrounded by grass and trees, around 3,3 should be close - have a play with different values starting there.
