5-15 Second Start - Is this with stuttering picture.?

I have noticed that during the 5-15 second start the picture on the LCD is stuttering, is this normal.

I had some stuttering/freezing the other day....swapped out my memory card and all is good.

Ok, have read the thread. I have formatted mine in my Panaroma IIs, so should i format my 32GB SDHC card in my PC(Actually iMac)..??

Formatting my card withDisk Utility in OSX to FAT32 solved the problem, now no stuttering and recording within 1 second.

I was told that recording would normally start from between 5-15 seconds after start

The problem here is not only formatting but formatting with FAT32 since exFAT appears to cause some problems in the Panorama cams...
