522GW no video after firmware update

Hi I purchased two 522GW dashcams. I manually updated one to the latest firmware from the nextbase website and now the camera doesn't seem to be displaying any video. I just get a blank screen with the settings icon or record icon. I have checked in live view and just get a blank screen.


I haven't updated the other dashcams firmware and that one seems to be displaying the video just fine.

So is there anywhere I could get older firmware? Or does anyone have any other idea to fix? I've done the usual reset, format SD etc

I also had problems after updating firmware for the 522GW so reverted to an earlier version R19.9 which works fine. What firmware do you have in both cams?

I have older firmware if you still require it.
