I tried many thing, formatting to exFAT, FAT32, FAT... None of those was recognized by my action camera.
But I've tried to format it using easeUS partition master:
1. Delete all partitions on microSD
2. Make partition using full space (64GB) on microSD, set it to FAT32 and make it PRIMARY.
Setting primary is key to make microSD work with action camera.
