70mai Dash Cam Battery Pack - Test & Review PP

I managed to get it setup but when being charged via the ciagrette adaptor its extremly slow. Plugged it in as a test to the 12v port on my ecoflow and anker powerstatations and both show the iroad is charging at around 50watts. The 70mai charges close to 100w. Not sure if this iroad is defective.
I wish I could help, but I don't have an IROAD on hand to test.

I kind of assume all dashcam battery packs can do this, but to be sure: even if the battery is dead / "0%", the 70mai will passthrough power immediately to the dashcam once the car is on because of the built-in relay, right?

Or does it need to reach a minimum state of charge, like 1% or 5%?

Thank you, Chuck, and others for all this detailed testing. It makes this so much more easier to decide and plan what to do.

All the dash cam battery packs I've tested have "pass-through charging".
This means as soon as they receive power the dash cam will bootup, and start recording.
Even if the battery pack temperature is below freezing 32F (0C).

Ah, that is fantastic. Thank you kindly for confirming this and the clear video—what a genuinely helpful resource. I'm also now leaning towards the Viofo models.
