70Mai Omni questions

I wanted a dash cam for parking mode. So I liked the 70Mai Omni. Like I said just want it to keep an eye on the car when it is parked. So my questions are has anyone bought a install kit the uses the OBD2 port? The problem I will have is the unit is going into a C7 Corvette. Fuse box for what I need is in the trunk. So I would need to snake the wire all the way from front to rear of the car. That and accessing the fuse box is a pain to get to. The carpet has to come up.
Anyone put a CPL filter on the camera? Is the X800 the same filter? From what I have found, no. The X800 filter does not list the X200.

CPL filters for X800 and X200 are different.
Regarding the OBD2 kit, the one from 70mai works well with gasoline vehicles, provided that the car uses a conventional battery charging system. If the vehicle employs an adaptive or smart charging strategy, where charging occurs intermittently while driving to preserve battery health, the OBD2 hardwire kit may not function reliably.

Has anyone tried any other brand OBD2 kit with the 70Mai. I really don't want to order from Aliexpress.
