70mai T800 + UP05 4G + BL96 Battery Pack on Cadillac Lyriq. Powers up then Down

When I plug in the battery pack to the T800, and power up the battery pack, the camera powers up, then it powers down. This is with either the USB or the other supply connection. Faulty camera or Battery Pack?

well you can easy test the camera, just use the provided simple power solution.
If the USB plug on the power pack go cold too, that sound strange CUZ it should just function pretty much like a regular power pack.
Are the pack fully charged ?

Even if it is something newfangled in that caddys harness ( not at all familiar with caddys or that particular model as they are not popular / selling over here in EU ville.
Anyway even if, the pack if charged up should just function at a power pack at least on the USB output.
