A329 format prompt on startup

I'm running the A329 with a 128GB Viofo card powered via the op100.

Recently I've noticed the A329 when booting after the power switch is turned on the A329 starts normally but then prompts asking if i want to format the memory card.

If i don't notice this message it will remain at the prompt while I'm driving without making constant beeps warning that it is expecting attention.
I don't think it records while waiting for attention.

I think it happens only after the memory card has filled and is in looping mode.

The loop duration is set to 5 min.

I have raised this with viofo.
I've been asked to format the card which i suspect will temporarily resolve the problem until the memory card reaches its loop process.
The memory card has about 1.2GB free.

I can reproduce this problem providing
Memory card is full
The power is applied from a cold start.

Anyone else able to check if it happens on their A329 various models.

Did you try to deeply format the card on your PC with this GUI format tool?
https://viofotech.com/download/guiformat.exe (do not tick quick format)
It is suggested to deeply format the card regularly.
Please also turn off card format reminder inthe settings to test if it helps.
