Hello, I bought A510 dash cam with 4g hardwire kit UP04 1 week ago and I was not able to use it properly from the first time.
First problem of course the 4g device doesn't detect any sim card (I know 70mai suggest Tim as operator, I put one of Vodafone). It continue flashing the red light.
Second problem is that in parking mode with time lapse enable the dash cam doesn't record any video. When I switch off the car it says that is switching to parking mode but the green light turns off and, if I check last video saved, there's no timelapse recorded in the memory card.
After a long conversation with support they ask me to send them the log.
Anyone face my problems?
