A810 FW error

Hello,
I got problem while flash FW for my device:
My model is A810, seem global version
After flash finished, device on and back to require FW update
I try many times with some FW but same situation
Please help me check. Many many thanksssss!!!

Send a photo of the sticker on the mounting pad or the box of your A810. And also what firmware are you using?

Thank for reply. Here it is. And i flash this fw FW98529A.bin
Now my device can not access to menu. So i can't check the current fw

OK, yes, this is the international firmware 1.9.118ww for the A810. The firmware is correct.

But the "firmware mismatch" error appears when you install the firmware from another model. Have you tried installing firmware from another model, such as the A810S?
In any case, the internal memory in the device ID is erased and there is no way to restore it.
