Advisable render options and upload - How to avoid Quality loss?

I need to upload a video recorded on XiaoYi Yi 4k to YouTube and/or Facebook and i'm a bit afraid of quality loss due to the file compression artifacts like pixelation and noise. I'm currently using Davinci Resolve 14 - free version to be specific .
Video is recorded at 2.7k 60 Hz ... well mostly. Video is dynamic so to speak, it's recordings of MX tournament.
So here is what i'd like to ask:
What render option should i use ? Format, codec, resolution, Frame rate ? Any sugestion will be apreciated especially, if you speak from experience.

Try Vimeo instead of YouTube ..4k option.
