Aliexpress and GIVOE : aftersale is a joke.

I bougth a min0801 on aliexpress with the seller givoe.
In the 2month the cam stopped working properly (no auto switch on)
It took some week to go through all attempt to repaire the cam.
I send them back the 2 januarry.
It took 1,5 month to them to collect it, 1 month to send it back.
One more month to get it back since there is a known problem with chine post and li/ion batteries.
One more month to get it with singapore post.
And now the cam received is half working: GPS is not detected and still have recycling problem.
And they don't answer to me.

So it cost me 10€ to send them back and 5 month to get a second defective cam.
Aliexpress is not even helping me with givoe.
So beware! Aliexpress and givoe = Bad aftersale service.

Sad to hear about your situation. Thats why its worth to buy locally ( EU ). U pay more, but u get quicker solution in case of trouble.
