Alternative mounting

Will I have any issues if I mount the B4K on my dash, rather than mounting it on the windshield? The camera would be upside down, so video watched on the phone app would be upside down. I'm assuming this can be fixed in the settings. Anything else I am overlooking? I will be mounting it on a proclip USA dash mount for a Gladiator.

It has no image-flip function in the settings menu! You have to mount it to your windshield, but not to the dashboard!
