Hi:
I know it's 15amp for battery connection. What is the recommended amp rating for accessory (I'm using T340) -- 5A?
TIA.

Welcome to the club @skyM
There's no current flow on ACC, so my vote is 1 Amp fuse.

15amp for battery connection
Also, I'd start off with 10 Amp for B+
If it pops, then I would go 15 Amp.
Just in the name of safety.

Perfect. Thanks, Chuck!
Also, if anyone here like me trying to hook up BP100:
1. Get an extra fuse tap, the kit only gets you 1
2. If you're using it with T340, the output cable does not fit under tamper-resistant cover, Viofo will send you the modified cable upon request.

That is a bit annoying. I'd read about it before buying the BP100, so bought some in advance, but I really would have expected two of each kind to be included.

Yep, they do include them in their HK6 kits, so it's a mystery to me why BP100 only has 1.

Please feel free to contact our customer service if you need another one.

Just a thought, but it would probably also be beneficial to put a note in the manual about finding the "hot" side of the fuse board when connecting the add-a-circuit. I suspect many people will fit them at home and when it's 10/11A battery pack supply it becomes rather more important than when hardwiring a lower powered dashcam?
