Analogue Buzzing Noise coming from Mic (Mic not properly connected to the Board?)

Encounted this interesting issue from a A119 Mini 2 (not a new Purchase) in the Video during playback, you can hear an annoying Static Noise (Like the one when you have an Aux Cable not properly in). Defective?

Is this a known issue at all?
