Hi I have a small issue overall I am very happy with my S1 Pro Max front and rear camera but my issue is that every time I want to view via my phone the camera memories I have to uninstall my car wifi from my phone in order to log into your system, and then carry out the opposite once I have finished otherwise my phone will not work via the car infotainment system. The car is a Seat Leon ST FR 2025 model
is there anyway around this issue please?

The phone cannot handle more than one Wi-Fi connection at a time.
Connecting the phone to the car's multimedia system requires both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections.
Try turning off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your phone, then enable only Wi-Fi and connect to the S1 Pro Max.
After viewing the video from the S1 Pro Max, turn off its Wi-Fi and enable Bluetooth on your phone.
This is the method I use, because it is not possible to connect to the dash cam via Wi-Fi while the multimedia system is connected.

That is the nature of the infotainment system. If CarPlay/Android Auto/WhatEver is enabled in the car, and your phone has been identified to that system, then it will automatically connect. Nature of the beast. I believe you can disable CarPlay or Android Auto in the infotainment system and connect without an issue.

This is not a Vantrue issue, but a scenario created by people wanting every device they have to be connected to something. People tell the cellphone to connect to the infotainment system, but then have issues when they want to connect to a dashcam or some other Wifi/BT device in the car.

I just installed the hard wire kit and 4G kit today.
And once i am driving streaming MP3 music from my phone to the car radio using android auto, well all hell break loose.
Even if i try to LTE into the camera on the phone, somehow android auto want to send the dashcam sound into the speakers.

I am not at all savvy with this stuff, so i will just have to play around and learn as i go, but android auto off and i can log into the camera just fine, while on using wifi or LTE or with the key off using LTE

PS. i have a 10" screen sort of in between my phone and the headunit in the Citroen car, this new toy so also learning that

Turn this toggle on and off instead of removing carplay / wifi.
