any suggested SDK for starvis2 sensors?

Hello everybody.
I'm searching for a well documented platform to work with sony's starvis sensors.
Something there are tools to manage sensor settings, recording, osd etc.
something like those (and some hint on how to handle firmware or other software stuff):
Starvis 2 IMX662
or
STARVIS 2 IMX675

any hint is well accepted

My answer was very simple ...I believe that such detailed information and software is not even provided by camera or photo phone manufacturers. :-(

I tried to search for discussions on similar topics ... with no result
