Not that i care, the cam is 100% working.

After the last update, the app gave me the option to switch between Chinese and International. I suggest you clear the app's data and open it again.

Nope . It says "cam cant be used outside of china , swithing to chinese." and the only option is to "agree".

Weird then.
I'm pretty sure that mine is not the international version both for the time I bought it (around 8 months ago) and the specs.
Although I found that the new app is pretty crappy and not as practical as the versions 2.x, it's working and it's in English.

Well i changed the serial number for International. Dont have to worry anymore.

Load this script to you root directory on sd card, and start the camera. wait till it end , and then you can delete the script.
