So I moved one of my cameras to a new car and it will not connect to the App. The message says “failed to get device information “ Thinking it was the camera, I tried my other camera. Same results.
I tried the following:
Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.
I clicked forget WiFi, restarted phone chose the camera WiFi and entered the password.
I tried airplane mode
Nothing helped.
The cameras are working, I checked the SD card and the are recording.
Not sure what else to try
