Bad quality once viewing back on pc? noob help

With two different cards,
Confused

To put the icing on the cake!

All video clips from the previous road trip are saying failed to load ( thumbnails in grey )
So took it for a quick spin to the shops,
Got back and checked and again thumbnail greyed out and when I click on it,
Says failed to load??
Earlier on video captures from a few days ago are still playable and work fine

If you try 2 memory cards from the bottom row and they do not work with the Mini 2, then this is one thing.
But if you try 2 memory cards from the top row and they will not work with Mini 2, then this is completely different. 🤔

a 32gb Sandisk extreme that I had for my mavic mini drone,
also bought another 512gb sandisk extreme.
Both legit cards

Think I’m gonna give up to be honest as I’ve wasted to much time on this camera,
Honestly ran out of ideas.
the backwards and forward messages to china customer service one reply a night! is not helping to resolve this one bit!
It’s making me even more annoyed
Being asked to add special firmware on it ?
Is this camera still in beta or or am i the pre release tester haha
