Battery Life using in car charger?

Hi!
First time posting!
I have the nextbase 412gw and am using the mount along with the car charger supplied.. but I drove this morning with the dash cam attached to this and even though it said it was charging, after around 15mins it started beeping and turned itself off?

Has anyone else had this issue at all?

Hiya,

No - no message. The lights all stay on and it just beeps. I’ve got a sandisk memory card in it and it’s definitely charging whilst it’s on the mount... it’s odd!
