Battery pairing between Blackvue Elite 9 & Cellink Neo80+S

I recently just installed Blackvue Elite 9 together with Cellink Neo80+S battery pack.

Using Cellink NEO Plus app, I can connect to the battery pack via bluetooth and view it's status.

From Blackvue app, I can see that they have an option to link the battery pack. However, I'm unable to pair it. Not sure whether is it due to my battery pack model not supported or any misstep that I have overlooked.

Any idea how to connect? Thanks!

According to your screenshot it looks like BlackVue APP is only compatible with BlackVue Battery Packs.

That's what I suspect as well 🙁

Secretly was hoping that was some workaround to get this working. Seems like a software feature rather than hardware related.
