Black shadow defect issue

Hi, after sometime of using my yi action camera I realized that every photos taken by it will have this black shadow defect at the top right corner. It is not always noticeable but I can tell that each and every photos has it.

does anyone else have this same problem? perhaps, do you guys know who to fix this problem?

i found someone with the same problem at the same spot, can it be dirt too? if that is really the case, can it be fixed?

here, take a look at his photos, they all has the same defect but a little less visible compared to mine.

I know it has ben half a year since your post, but i stumbled across it today. I think that looks like vignetting. Google it if you don't already know it, and see what you think.
