For anyone that's new to BlackVue dash cameras, when you change the time zone or enable/disable daylight saving time, after the dash camera saves the setting change(s), the dash camera will require the memory card to be reformatted to account for the time related changes.
If you have video footage on the memory card you want to download via the app or copy footage to a computer, please do that before making the time zone or daylight saving time change to the settings.
