Blackvue Time Zone Sync

Hello all - I've had my Blackvue for several months now and have struggled with this issue since the beginning and I am at a loss as to how to correct this error. I've scanned the forums and have come across several individuals with the same issue but due to my limited (technological) knowledge of the system, I require additional assistance.

I selected my Time Zone and then did a Time Sync but the time is still showing the incorrect HOUR.

I see that the suggestion is to:

1. To submit your timzone.
2. Clear folder System and Record
3. turn on 650 wait for the satellites
4. turn off 650
5. turn on 650

How do I "clean folder system and record"? Is there an easy way to delete all the recorded files (many) through WiFi?

A friend of mine had the same issue getting the time zone to stay after he made changes. The fix for him was to delete the app from his phone and resinstall it. After that, he was able to make changes and they stayed
 
For the time zone issue, format the card and it should correct it.
