Blind following the blind

Getting tired of the left turning crew this week. The oncoming left turners have an arrow. That arrow goes out and then it's supposed to be a standard left turn-yield scenario. Like ants in a line, people just follow the car in front blindly. The truck cut it close but he was committed at that point. The Volvo behind is just clueless:

The truck knew he was supposed to yield, but he's a big truck and committed to running the light after he loses the advance turn. Guy behind was an idiot for blindly following the truck, but I give him some credit (only a little) for actually stopping-- he wasn't totally clueless, even though he ended up partly blocking your lane.
