I suspect that if it wasn't for the dash-cam, the innocent driver would be serving time behind bars.
 
Wow. Just reading the comments on Youtube... geeze... I didn't even notice the lights on the van until I read about it. Still a bad situation...
 
Interesting story from the van's side. I wonder how this is going to play out.

A motorcycle cop made an illegal u turn once and I almost nailed into him. I bet he would have said it was my fault as well.
 
Would be great for an update of the outcome at some point.
 
I think it will end as a 50/50 case.

Unlike the Danish IC4 trains witch where at least 50% incompetence from the ppl who ordered them, and at least 50% incompetence from the ppl who build them.
 
The Roadhawk is the dashcam I got for my husband last Dec. It seems to be a very nice unit. Got it on Amazon with a huge discount ($-300) so it wasn't a bad deal. Otherwise it is a bit expensive.
