Dash Cam
Viofo & Vantrue - too many to list
Cansonic was kind enough to allow me to try their newest Ultradash Z4 (Standard) 3-Channel Dash Cam which features Sony Starvis 2 678 sensors that can record dual 4K front and 2K rear.

I have yet to install it in my vehicle - will try to get to it this weekend. Additional photos and sample videos will come after the install.

Feel free to ask any questions and I'll try my best to answer them to my ability, but I'm definitely not the most savvy in terms of testing dash cams that would include power draws and tools to monitor temperature, etc. 😅

Packaging of Ultradash Z4 - interestingly, it's a box within a box. The big box contains two (2) smaller boxes that houses the main (front) unit and then a smaller box houses the rear dash cam + cable.

Front camera + rear camera and the included accessories - comes with the mount, four (4) cable clip, power adapter, static film, and replacement adhesives:

Closer look at the rear camera and the cable. The length cable is attached to the camera itself and is connected by another cable that connects to the main unit:

The power adapter - looks basic and only features one (1) USB-A port. Wish it would have came with dual ports. The cable itself is USB-A to USB-C:

Installed in my Tesla Model Y - not the cleanest install, but will do for now.

Rear mounted on glass and centered for the Z4 - excuse the messy mount for the N4S camera that's mounted on the headliner.

From the outside view for the front - rear cam not visible from the outside, so no pic. The front behind the screen need some cleaning... but then it's not visible to the driver/passenger.

Here are some video samples I've collected over the past few weeks. Video quality seems pretty good overall. Love that it has a telephoto lens to capture closer subjects.

City driving (slow speed) - looks pretty clear and minimal jelly effect on telephoto.

Highway driving - there are some jelly effect on telephoto, but it's acceptable and could be due to the mount, but it's minimal wobble.
