I bought an Cellink Neo 8+ last year and use it with a viofo A139 Pro. While everything worked fine for the past year, the Cellink cannot hold charging voltage when driving. It looses power every every other moment. The Cellink 8+ is connected via cigarette jack.
When the voltage is 0 once again and I turn the connector in the cigarette power plug then it receives power again - but loses it after a couple of seconds.

Anyone of you ever faced sush an issue or has a tip what could be the problem?

The cable wasn't touched ever so I really do not know what could have gone wrong !?

Maybe the wire is loose or oxidized

Cellink is distributed/part of BlackVue I believe...........
I've had a problem or so I thought with my NEO9.
I sent it back to BlackVue/NWX and they looked at it FOC and returned it FOC.
It turned out to be an installation problem (by authorised dealer).
I have just sent my dash cam back as it's suffering with the common problem of the reboot cycling message and its £50 to be repaired.
The point of all this is it may well be worth contacting them directly.
Just go to blackvue.uk

It was the cigeratte connector that was broken. The shop where I bought it (allcam.nl) replaced it and now everything works perfectly again.

I had this same problem with my son's mustang. The center console 12v utility outlet was broken and providing intermittent power. Everything was great once I replaced the outlet. I thought I had toasted it with charging a battery pack...
